HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I INVITE?
The minimum number of children to participate in a party package is 10 children. Our party areas serve up to 14 children. Seating is for children only. One adult must be present for supervision.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A FINAL HEAD COUNT?
Yes. At least 72 hours prior to the party, we will need a final head count so that we may make any adjustments to the party package as necessary. Also, the remainder of your balance is due at this time.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PARTY?
We accept Mastercard, Visa & Cash. No personal checks are accepted.

WHO SERVES THE FOOD?
We do and we do the clean up too! However, if you bring your own cake, remember to bring the candles, matches, and a cake knife too.

CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS?
Your party will be held in a cheerfully decorated, jungle themed area. However, if you would like to bring your own table decorations, you sure can! Please be sure to take home any decorations that you bring in, as we often have other parties scheduled after yours. Use of confetti, streamers, and silly string delay the room from being ready for the following party therefore are not allowed.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE AND/OR TIME OF MY SCHEDULED PARTY?
Yes, you can with at least seven days advance notice. Of course, changing dates and times are subject to availability.
